Machinery and crops are monitored from sowing to harvesting, following internal quality standards and certification issued by the National Seed Institute (INASE).
The documentation of each trip is verified to protect the traceability of each lot and ensure the varietal purity achieved in the fields. Each trip is analyzed, and the most suitable conditioning is provided.
Precleaning and drying processes take place to ensure suitable storage conditions. Thermometry, aeration and quality assurance are implemented while grains are stored in the tanks.
Impurities are removed, and the best seeds are separated according to size and density and left aside for further treatment.
The best therapies for the year and the specific area are implemented, as well as the best technology. Both are the result of internal and external laboratory tests.
